2020 Baby Bottle Boomerang Results

On the feast of All Souls, thanks to the amazing generosity of the Sacred Heart parishioners, the Knights delivered donations totaling $3650 to HELP Pregnancy. The Sacred Heart Knights would like to thank all of the parishioners who helped us collect the larger than average total.

This was the Sacred Heart Knights of Columbus 16th annual Baby Bottle Boomerang. In most years, our donation to HELP ranged from $2500 to $3000. Each year the Knights collect and count pounds and pounds of coins, bills and checks which are donated in baby bottles. All the funds collected in our Baby Bottle Boomerang go to support HELP. Most of the donation goes to stock the Loving Arms Boutique at HELP. Moms can shop for baby supplies and clothes at the boutique paying with credits they earned by taking classes to help them be more informed parents.

While dropping off the donation, the Knights were able to tour the HELP facility and see the new lift which was recently installed. The lift allows more access to the basement of HELP and allows better storage of donations. We were also able to see a rendering of the potential medical wing which would better serve women who come to HELP for medical services.

Below are pictures of the Knight’s pro-life director Joe Gerke presenting the check to the director of HELP, the Loving Arms Boutique and a rendering of the medical wing.
